Dining at the Patterdale will be a memorable experience. Our brigade
of talented chefs, some with over ten year’s service, delight
in preparing a daily table d’hôte menu. The emphasis
is on simple yet flavoursome home produced dishes using, where
ever possible, seasonal Cumbrian produce.
At the Patterdale we try to continually develop our menus keeping
the dining experience ever changing. Under the expert supervision
of Company Head Chef, Ian Crook, employee training and food hygiene
are essential ingredients of our success and our guests’ satisfaction.
Our chef prepares a mouth-watering four course dinner daily using
fresh local products. Table d’hôte dinner is served
from 6pm - 8pm and each morning a hearty Full Cumbrian breakfast
using local produce is served from 8.00am – 9.30am.
